ONL SENIOR
CARE SERVICES INC, was founded by two Nurses; Navleth D. Evans and Ida Lee Gray in July of 2007.
ONL officially started operating on November 1st 2007 and has been
providing Non-Medical Services to Seniors ever since.
THE VISION
Their
experience working in long term care was a deciding factor in putting
their knowledge and experience together to form a company that will
Assist with Keeping Senior Citizens Living Longer and Comfortable in
their homes which is the Environment that is familiar to them.
OUR MISSION
ONL is committed
to provide Loving, Caring and Affordable Non-Medical Services to the over
50 year old Senior Population. These services are affordable, and
designed to meet your loved ones needs so that they can remain living in
their homes for a longer period of time, therefore promoting their
continued independence well into their twilight years.
MANAGEMENT
NAVLETH D. EVANS - A Registered Nurse with
over 18 years experience as a Nurse. Her experience includes Medical
Surgical Nursing, Community Health, Case Management, Preceptoring,
Discharge Planning, Correctional and Long Term Care. She has worked as a
Nursing Supervisor, Administrator on call, Instructor and Evaluator for
the State Certified Nursing Assistant Program. She holds a Bachelor in
Science Degree and is a Certified Registered Nurse Assessment
Coordinator.
NAVLETH D. EVANS - President & CEO
Experienced
in Assessment, Supervision, Writing and Implementing Plan of Care,
Developing and Implementing Quality Improvement Programs, Writing and
implementation of Policy and Procedure. Navleth
has a passion for elder care, is people - oriented, creative, and detail
oriented. She has used her experience and knowledge to create and develop
programs that will meet the needs of the Seniors we serve and the
Caregivers who will be providing the direct services. She has been
responsible for Developing and overseeing the implementation of ONL
Systems, processes and procedures, overseeing the company’s fiscal
management, budget planning, marketing, advertising, customer relations,
product development and promotions, development of effective
communication tools, public relations, community out reach and services
expansion.
IDA LEE GRAY - A Licensed Practical Nurse with over 18
years experience as a Nurse and holds an Associate in Science Degree. Her
experience includes Medical Surgical Nursing, Community Health and Long
Term Care.
IDA LEE GRAY - Vice President & CFO
With over 10 years experience in Long
Term Care, Ida shows great love and care for the residents who are
entrusted in her care. With her passion for elder care, Ida is involved
in Development of Policy and Procedures and Systems to improve the day to
day Operation of ONL, Operating Budget and Fiscal Management, Human
Resources Management ( Recruiting, Hiring,
Safety Training, Staff Supervision, Employee Compliance and Code of
Conduct, Customer Relationship, Campaign Planning.
OWEN A. Mc PHERSON - Director of Operations & Marketing
Has over
25 years experience working in the Medical fields. He is a graduate of
Lincoln Technical Institute. Owen is passionate about helping people, is
very creative and detail oriented. He is experienced in plumbing,
heating, and cooling system. He has applied his passion, creativity and
attention to detail as he develops and implements marketing plans and
advertising to meet the needs of our senior population, develop and manage vendor relationship, contract compliance,
purchasing, inventory management and pricing, training and staff
supervision, entertainment, community outreach.
