OUR SERVICES
We offer
Non-Medical Services to Elderly Adults, who are 50 years and older, in
the Comfort of their homes. Our rates are flexible
and tailored to meet your budget. Our Caregivers are reliable, efficient
and trained. They are all Bonded & Insured.
OVERVIEW

COMPANIONSHIP
Caregivers interact with the clients to provide socialization and improve
the emotional well-being of the clients. This allows seniors the benefit
of having someone to talk with, share a story, take a walk, watch movies,
listen to music, read a book or newspaper, catch up on the news, play a
game of cards, attend social events, go shopping, have company at meals
rather than eating alone. Companionship will enrich the life of the
senior. These activities are based on the interest and choice of the
client.
COOKING
Caregivers will prepare, cook, and serve attractive and nourishing meals
for the clients. Meals will be served at regular times and they will
provide companionship for those who do not like to eat alone. Our
Caregivers will wash the dishes and clean up the kitchen after meals.
GROCERY SHOPPING
Caregivers will assist in monitoring expiration dates on foods, making
grocery list and doing the grocery shopping. They will shop alone or
accompany the client to do the shopping. It will be the client’s
choice.
HOUSEKEEPING
Caregivers are experienced in doing housekeeping duties and will ensure
that the home environment is safe and clean. They will vacuum carpets,
wash floors, dust furniture, clean windows (inside only), clean
bathrooms, bedrooms and kitchen. We wash dishes, do the laundry, light
ironing, change bed linen, and put out the garbage.
TRANSPORTATION
Caregivers can accompany clients to social functions, Doctor’s
Appointment, Family Visits, Church or Place of Worship.
ERRANDS
Caregivers can accompany clients to the Bank, the post office, the
barber, beauty shop, nail salon, pharmacy drop off/ pick up, drop
off/pick up of dry cleaning.
YARD SERVICES
ONL provides workers who will do clearing of the yard, cutting grass,
trimming edges, plant and maintain flower beds etc.
REPAIR SERVICES
ONL provides workers who will change light bulbs, replace batteries in
smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detectors, paint a room, do patchwork, wall
hangings, change leaking faucet, and unclog a sink.
PERSONAL GROOMING/
HYGIENE
Caregivers can assist the client with toileting, dressing, grooming and
personal cleanliness; thus enhancing the client’s self esteem,
dignity and quality of life.
MEDICATION MONITORING
Caregivers are ABSOLUETLY NOT permitted to administer medications. They
can remind the clients when it is time to take their medications and
record that the medication was taken on time.
CHAPLAIN SERVICES
ONL considers the spiritual needs of the client an important part of his
or her well-being. We believe that prayer, worship, and expression of
spirituality improve the client’s quality of life. We respect every
one’s religious faith and spiritual beliefs. A Chaplain is
available at your request for spiritual guidance and support in the
comfort of your home.
All services are designed to meet the
needs of the individual client.
The client has the control, he
or she can choose to use any or all of our services.
AVAILABILITY
Caregivers are available by the hour ( a minimum
of 4 hours is required), with 24
hour live-in services available.
- We are available for week-end and holidays. Services are
available 24 hours a day up to 7 days a week.
- All our services can be adjusted to meet your needs, your
schedule and your budget.
- ONL Supervisors are on call 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
